Unemployment is hindering my ego, but strengthening my muse? [2nd place WIN!]
May I mourn the spring right through?
Dance amongst the flowers.

May I shun the rain drops dew?
Waste away the hours.

May I find a life worth living?
Work with a new meaning.

May I interview with purpose?
Radiate true feeling.

Half this month of May is gone.
Six weeks have passed me by.
May I find that which I seek,
Instead I wonder why.

Thought process: I'm still unemployed, I've had several interviews and just as many rejections. No one will give me a legitimate debrief so I'm stuck wondering if it's me or just more qualified candidates. The title comes from the fact that after taking a math assessment with a company I feel like my memory/brain is failing me in regards to school crap. I've been out of college 3 years now! Not used to all those fractions, math word problems, and what not, gah.
I feel like I waste too much time doing nothing, but the weather's so nice, it's hard to feel too guilty...
