A snowman is melting, must find away to stop before it's to late
an Angel will lead him |
Heaven’s Newest Voice![]() By Lisa Noe Alone he sits a snowman, small Knowing he’d be loved by one and all. A little hat upon his head, It is the crimson color red. For his nose a carrot is used. With eyes of coal which make them look bruised. On a train he’s destined to stow, Some arms but no legs will he grow. He drips and loses inches from his waste As the train is too warm for his chubby face. He’s thinning faster He must leave, Before there is nothing to retrieve. He plops himself over the side To the bottom of the hill like a carnival ride. Alone he’s sitting beneath the trees, Then there’s a soft winter breeze. An Angel dressed entirely in white, ![]() Comes to him in a glow of light. It’s time to go winter’s all but gone, To leave you here would be just wrong. You’ll be safe where I’ll take you, You’ll never melt, nor be lonely too. You’ll have a mate whose chosen for you, By our Father, You shall rejoice. I’ll give you a special voice. The snowman had a smiling face, No more would he have to pace. His story is a legend too, And he shares it now with me and you.
