The stage was dark to start the act,
curtains drawn in red and black.
A brilliant spark, then he appeared.
I raised my hand. I volunteered.

He took my hand and tipped me back.
He raised me up, my body flat.
He waved his hands, the people cheered,
and with a spark, I disappeared.

Felt my balance shifted as I lifted off the floor,
levitating weightlessly and then he pulled me through the core.

He took my hand and tipped me back.

He moved his hands above my core,
suspended me above the floor.

He threw the sheet and all went dark,
then I saw the brilliant spark.
He pulled my center through his grasp
and made my very soul collapse.

He sent me off with no return,
with no way back and no concern.
He'd waved his hands, the people cheered,
and with the spark, I'd disappeared.
