A weird poem that would not leave me alone, we are all nude and exposed for whats inside. |
-Nude- by Keaton Foster Rude Nude Naked Often forsaken Upon these pages My stain Exposed See inside Look deep Believe Retrieve Take pieces of me All that you wish All that you can stand Keep them for yourself Study them from The immediate distance Only when you are certain Hold them significantly closer Better still when you are ready When your confidence soars When you feel most alive Take them deep inside Fully clothed to prying eyes No matter how hard they try They will see nothing more And never again anything less What you will learn is yours Never lend it to anyone Never wholeheartedly give it away Understand the divine beauty And the subtle tranquility Of the madness spelled out Only then should you let go Easily forgetting my name Remembering only my words An eternal soul of sorts God has blessed you Just as he has blessed us all My life, the one you do not lead Is a lesson devoid of choice A wilderness of both depth and scope My gift is my creativeness I know, more than most The pain still hurts very much No easing it away No calming storm Full on I have had to live Increasingly just like me But unlike most The world is nude Naked and bare At times without care Not shy in any way For everyone to see Bulbous, at times round Both healthy and sick Suffering from an incurable disease That does not cause death But rather changes in perspective What we see today What people like you and me Come to know Come to understand Will change at a snail’s pace Others, far beyond us Will see the end results Others far beyond us will know They will understand what we You and I were all about Words will help Stories to be told Dire truths to be shown I am sure that I will write some But others will write many more Nude are those who have found A way to express themselves Everyone else Is fully dressed And simply unaware...
