IT’S WELL KNOWN

It’s well known that in the world
Knowledge is abundant,
But when basics are lacking
Why seek the redundant?

Art of cooking is for those
Who have a hearth and grain.
Shooting without arrows is
An exercise in vain.

When the stomach is empty,
Don’t teach one how to fast.
What future can he have who
Lives always in the past?

If your attempts meet failure,
The truth is simply this:
When you don’t know what to do,
Surrender to His wish.
