What if you could fly?
What if you could take off and tell us all goodbye?
Would you soar and explore?
Tell me, what would you fly for?
Would you fly to get a different point of view?
Would you fly so you could simply be you?
Let me know what kind of flying you’d do
Would it be the kind without rhythm nor rhyme?
The kind where there’s no need for a sense of time?
Or would you stay on track and never look back?
I’ll tell you what I’d do
Get as far away from your yesterday as you can
As long as you’re leaving, you don’t need a plan
