  It was red , and blue , and yellow ,

  it was bright , the smile of a rainbow .

  You could him see him there ,

  a child's love , a mother's laughter .

  You could see the angels there ,

  sitting in a circle , feel the mother's love ,

  the child's laughter .



  Then came thunder , no more laughter.

  Angels gone , the rainbow darker .

  You could see him there ,

  sitting bright and crying ,

  looking for an angel with his hands wide open .

  "That's a prayer ! " , he heard the angels saying ,

  was it just a dream or had he been forgiven ?
