Lines sliding fluidly from my modern plume,

Paper a creamy yellowed crisp,

The swiftest cure,

Yet artist’s fingers lust still,

Soon to be kingdom to yearning,

But stop they shan’t,

Breeding lines,

Shapes are birthed,

That in turn,

Give love a form.
