tells on the professional jealousy that exists quite commonly in our world
After scoring outstanding marks in his studies, a man is hired in a high platformed multinational company. During the first days of his job, his excellence in his work becomes quite apparent and soon he becomes an important member in the faculty of his office. The faculty of his workplace is filled with many senior  members who have been working for years in this institution. Now he is a part of it and quite frankly saying, he is more competent. His fellow workers start to envy him instead of admiring him and now a positive working environment has been changed to became a complete opposite. The only reason for this is because instead of appreciating, they start to fear from him. They feel unsafe working with someone better then themselves so they don't want him as a colleague. This a starting point from where the professional politics begin . It is not just the colleagues but even his heads are are afraid of having a more competent person working under them. Now they all plan to get rid of him somehow.

They try in every direction and finally they succeed. Poor man losses his job. That job was vital for him and losing the job get him into a state of depression of such intensity that  he is compelled for suicide and he dies. He ends up as failure in life and profession. Reason: Too competent.

This is a sad and a disappointing system. Where people do not and can not get what they deserve. This life is supposed be the survival of the fittest but instead it has become survival of the cheapest. They say life is unfair well i do not completely agree with this. In my opinion it is not the life that is unfair but it is us who are unfair and we ourselves make this life for what it becomes.
