I woke up panicking, assuming I was late for school. Flashbacks from last week’s ASD ran through my head. I jumped out of bed without even looking at the clock. I rushed to the bathroom to take a shower and slipped on a pair of my lazy, older brother’s dirty, stinky boxers that he once again left out in the hall. Keeping my frustration towards my brother inside of me, I finally made my way safely to the bathroom to take a brief shower and brush my teeth. Of course the shower didn’t go well either since my soap insisted to continuously drop on my big toe, leaving my toe with a slight throbbing pain. After the shower I went to brush my teeth, finding that my toothbrush looked like someone had scrubbed my dog’s mouth with it – again. I tossed the toothbrush in the trash and decided to scrub my teeth with toothpaste on my thumb. I felt so stupid but I couldn’t go to school with stinky breath. Because I was running short on time, I left the bathroom in a huge mess, leaving water all over the counter, the toothpaste open, and a pile of my dirty clothes in the corner, where no one can trip over them. I wrapped up in a towel and went back to my room to get dressed. After I finished dressing, I had no time to fix my hair or my make up so I threw my hair up and ran out the door, not even getting to eat my bowl of captain crunch with berries that I usually eat every morning. When I got in my car, I finally took a look at my phone. I felt myself getting this feeling of frustration mixed with relief when I saw that it was Saturday.
