God's Wonders

Whispers in the branches,

Stories in the trees,

I cock my ear and listen,

To sounds that do not cease.



Laughter in the water,

Rumbling as it falls,

I sit next to the river,

To me it seems to talk.



Rustling in the grasses,

Tall and bending ‘round,

I dance with their rhythm,

And I never want to stop.



Love and life surround me,

The work of God’s own hands.

I marvel at his wonders,

I listen, sit and dance
