A short and poetic story of my past love life and how it affected me until now.
(This particular piece holds no pattern, for it was free flowing of thoughts; I also made a quick correction to this recently)

I held my sword high as my head when I was with you,
So many thoughts of passion within my heart bound to few,
Besides you, my heart held no other and soar as you flew,
Your shield held strong to help us and love was all we knew,

So many heads held high at this long and lost time,
I felt dreary as we went amongst others and began to lose rhyme,
What with you so comtempt at other crimes,
Because what I loathed to feel was for you to try,

In place of my sword I held my head high,
The sword and silver tongue disappeared within our passion that night,
My hope however gave up none and still planned to strike,
Yet all other notices of people could only tell me to let this die,

Your shield was still held yet I could see behind those eyes,
No man could bear a life with you like a woman among cries,
Your quarrels became self loathed and held so much fight,
Finally, I dropped my sword as I ran for my life,

Your words kept me at bay within seas of solace,
Yet this time I would not wander back to hell without it's luminance,
You couldn't answer a simple tide that depicted your currents,
So many lies thrown at me as if I was shoved into the furnace,

Our arguments too much, and love was too few,
So I could not bear to give it another chance,
My wings were clipped so never again we flew...
