an old rant - looked better in my notebook with an actual red stain running down the page
She’s got raspberry blood, two pints of booze, and a sun she loves
Oh glory be, she’s so angry, but I know how to make her blush
It’s not so impossible, to calm her down, when her mood gets this cruel
She may not know it, but she’ll surely slow a bit, and maybe lay off this fool
Oh, I swear tonight, I’ll hear her cry, and pay her back for today
‘Cause she’s the one, the only one, that deserves just what I say
And I say
You’ve crossed a thin red line
You crossed my heart, I hope you die
You might just be the truth I need to learn about how to get used
I know if you could change your tune, then I would change mine too
By the way it all looks, you’re the fish on the end of my hook
But I’ve got to laugh at the way you hold the bait you’ve took
Oh, I swear tonight I’ll hold you tight and convince you to stay
Cause you’re the one, the only one, that deserves just what I say
And I say
You’ve crossed a thin red line
I cross my heart and hope to try

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

But you’re still my girl even if it is
Just for one more night (and one more night is all I need)
         It’s just emotions
Should I say I’m sorry that I spoke
