                                                                                    Shutler’s Castle part 1

         Everyone was on the couch watching our favorite galaxy holo-vision show. Black Rose was making a cake in the kitchen. Black Widow had been looking really pale lately; she was already pale, but today she looked even paler. None of us had any idea what was wrong with her. Maybe she caught a cold when we went to New York. Black Widow was laying on the couch with her head on Kyle’s lap. He was as happy as could be when she asked him if she could lay on his lap. She was lying so still and breathing faintly; she almost looked as if she was dead.

“Black Widow, are you feeling okay?” Blue Jay asked.

“Yea..I’m fine,” She mumbled.

         Black Widow got up from the couch, and struggled to get to the kitchen.

“Black Rose, it’s time..” she whispered.

          Black Rose looked very uncomfortable; it was almost like she was about to panic.

“I don’t have any here,” she whispered back.

“You’re gonna have to get some from somewhere; I can’t hold on much longer.”

          Suddenly, the mission bell rang. We ran to the control room as Princess Tayla gave us our instructions.

“Kitty Gooloo is out of jail and robbing the Flow City Bank! Get downtown immediately!” she shouted.

         Kitty Gooloo is this evil villain who dresses up in kitty costumes and steal things with his “oh so scary” kitty minions. He really is a sorry excuse for a villain, and for some reason he wants us to call him “Mr. Kitty.”

“You are under arrest Kitty Gooloo!” I shouted as we busted into the bank.

What is going on in here?” Princess asked in disgust.

When we walked in, Kitty Gooloo had all the hostages dancing and waving their hands in the air. Sometimes I wonder how this guy ever became a villain. 


“It’s over, Kitty Gooloo!” I shouted again.
Kitty Gooloo turned around; he had a sad look on his face.

“I told you to call me Mr.Kitty.”

“Whatever! The point is you’re under arrest!”

“You guys never remember my name. Go Kitty minions!”

         The Kitty minions all have crazy looking suits as well. Black Widow was still struggling to get around, but it didn’t stop her from fighting.

         Black Widows hands started to turn dark purple; her eyes were glowing as well. She ran full speed towards the kitty minion, and pierced him in the chest. The minion fell to the ground unable to move, but Black Widow didn’t stop. She kept punching him, and punching him. Eskimo ran over and held her back.

“That’s enough Black Widow; he’s dead.”

          We all stared at her in amazement. What has happened to our Black Widow? She killed a man, but yet, she still has an evil smile on her face. Her eyes started to turn red, and she grew fangs. Suddenly, she looked really tired, and her eyes closed.

“Black Widow, are you okay?” Eskimo asked.

“Yea.. I just need to take a little nap…”

Black Widow fainted.

         We took her back to the house so Blue Jay could examine her.

We waited outside the room. Black Rose was looking uneasy the whole time.

“I wonder what’s wrong with Black Widow,” I said.

An hour later, Blue Jay emerged from the room.

“What’s wrong with her?” Kyle asked.

“I’m not sure. I’ve never seen anything like this before. We knew she was having problems, but her x-rays show that she’s fine. Do you know anything about this Black Rose?”


“Well…um… I have something to tell you guys..”

         Black Rose should have an idea of what’s going on here, she is her adopted sister after all.

“Well…um… I have something to tell you guys..”

“What is it?” we asked.

“Black Widow is the daughter of a demon named Gavio, but her mother is human. This is very common on Zancar. Demons marry humans all the time, but there’s a downfall to this. Black Widow takes her mother’s human form, but she can only maintain this form if she gets a sufficient amount of blood.”

“Okay, I can get her blood from the hospital,” said Blue Jay.

“It’s not that simple.”

“Why not?” Princess asked.

“We need a special kind of blood; it’s only made in Zancar. If she doesn’t get some blood, she will turn into her demon form.”
“We can’t go to Zancar, it’s to far away,” I said.

“I have an idea!”

         Kyle grabbed his laptop.

“I found a place where we can get the blood that’s not too far from here.”

“Where?” We asked.

“The  place is called Shutler’s Castle.”
