The emotion from another person, is one of the most annoy and painful thing to feel.
It is very hard to escape from the emotion attact from the person close to you.
Rationally, it should be their responsible to handle their emotion. But, if they didn't hold it well. It most likely to hurt someone's feeling.And, I will feel confuse, anexiety and don't know what to do.
I am sick for this pattern of being control by another one's feeling.And, try to get rid of it.
I figure probably this will work. First, I will try see things more rationally not emotionally. Second, aware and pont out the thoughts that is irrational from both inside or outside of my self.
Rationally, The thing I said make my parent anger.
