Expressing experiences with drugs, longing to become lost, craving.

Of the numb, what a sort we are.
Embrace us with any hope, a means of feeling no more.
I'm aching for a poison. Could you allow me forgetfulness, a saving grace?
Survive me. Be not a temporary fix.
You! This here! Be salvation.
I'll welcome you, inhale you, swallow, snort, shoot you through to my vein.
Just don't you abandon. Make me your home, your womb, your root. Choose me, and I'll choose you. Forsake me not, and I'll not forsake you.
Strip my making, demolish, decay. In doing so, you'll rid me of my pain.
Yes, there goes self-control, self-awareness. I surrender, you see. You become me.
Witness our takeoff, our flight, not a landing in sight. All is gone, all is freed, as carefree as we'll ever be.
Alive, alive, when all drops dead. A weeping haunt? No, not me. I am wed. I am sight, sound, movement.
For once, we are one with. Belonging.
I am sold, have united with my bidder.
You, you want me, respond. Take me. Gratify. Dominate.
Breaking away from me, you break me.
There you go, falling, fading. Myself as well, I disappear. I feel myself only an illusion without you.
Emptiness shall not reach! No, death, not you! I am ahead, below -- capture me, you shan't.
I'll hunt, hunt, recover. To me, you'll return. Never desert.
Right?
I do believe I will believe so, an escape.
You and me, we're meant to be.
Alone no longer. An answer come forth.
An addict to be. Forget me.
