Planets prompt
Aragon was his soul mate, if a planet could be that. Its larger moon dwarfing yet intensifying its delicate beauty. They would arrive soon and he would have to take them down to the surface and beyond. He would show them the ice crystals that sing your future, they lay deep in the caves below the surface.

He detested working with the Squirms. Their worm like bodies never stopped moving and their seven deadly eyes protruded on stalks, especially when they got curious, and this would be the first time they had visited Aragon. Rane shuddered at the thought of it.

Had he done the right thing sharing his discovery with the highest bidder. How long before tourists arrived, before the beauty got trampled by the thousand steps of avarice and greed.

He heard the dense air judder of the arriving craft. Rane drew out of thought and breathed in the view through his pores, then went to greet his guests.

He had the money to leave, he stayed because it was in his song.
