Another Door

I hope you hear this loud and clear
For though not there, I am still here
A simple brush across your brow
Will let you know I’m around you now
And when at night you start to cry
Try to remember I did not die
I simply went through another door
One that I never went through before
Take comfort in the words you hear
Please remember I’m always near
I am free from life’s fast pace
In a wonderful, loving and spiritual place
When my time came to move on through
An angel stood right next to you
