Watching students hurry to their future
On to Class

As they leave,
one or two at a time,
Some smile as they realize
They are free for thew day!
Others go slower, more thoughtful,
towards their class.
Still, they'd rather be
some place else, anyplace else...
Maybe the teacher, or subject,
The pressure to focus,
Something is wrong.
Yet they go, and again,
Until one day,
When they too will be free!
