Pantoum form poem about inner struggles.
What do you do when the wheels stop turning?
What do you do when your insides are burning?
Grab the one thing whose love is always true
Run it across until blood flows through

What do you do when your insides are burning?
Twisting and turning, scratching and pulling
Run it across until blood flows through
Turning darker, getting deeper

Twisting and scratching, turning and pulling
Feeling the pain, feeling the torture
Turning darker, getting deeper
Pooling up now, seeping quicker

Feeling the pain, feeling the torture
Hearing the screams, feeling the laughter
Pooling up now, seeping quicker
What do you do when the wheels stop turning?
