a poem that relates spring to fallin' love again
Bursted eyes, wept by wind of rebirth
Subarctic, am I impatient for May Day?
Not ready still, not recovered from cold!
But blossom my heart, I plea
Melt the ice on my veins, Oh Spring!
Vernal equinox--the climax I seek
As love is like dandelions,
farinosa, crocuses--chromes sing its joy!
Season paints a road of cherry blossoms,
Making way for our meet.

By the bend, I fall in love again.
For Spring murmurs to our deepest
hearts no longer wintered.
