It's only who You are

Happiness can only go so far,
Sadness can take over who you are.
You try to find who you are,
By wishing on a tiny star.
Your heart is locked,
I see it blocked.
I have found the key,
But all to see,
Is the darkness hidden away from me.
As i try to find the light,
Behind your broken eyes i spot the fright.
A tear falls again,
As i scream "LET ME IN."
Try to learn to breath,
Your lonely eyes can't see whats beneath.
It's harder to live,
Without the light you use to give.
I have found a speck of light,
Behind your broken eye's sight.
