Breakdown of a relationship
Will I know when he is no longer here?

Will I know when he no longer cares?

Will it be when the brightness has left his eyes?

When sitting near him feels like a million miles?

Like a chasm that cannot be crossed.

When reaching out to take his hand is the hardest thing to do?

Will I feel that way too?
