Joe Smith, the Original

I frequently introduce myself as Joe Smith, the Original in jest. After joining Writing.com, I received a welcoming email in which I was asked if I was writing a book. Yes, I’m writing a book entitled Joe Smith, the Original.

I was referred to iUniverse’s request for a free publishing guide. In 2003 I self-published An Aquarian’s Bold Venture. iUniverse was my publisher.  My book was critiqued. I was informed that the book would have to be completely overhauled; the reader learned nothing from my book. 

For the past seven years, I’ve been trying to make sense out of my book.  Joe Smith, the Original, the same as An Aquarian’s Bold Venture, the story of my life as it relates to the universe—according to astrology, numerology, the Scriptures, the “Higher Law” background of America’s Constitution, the law in practice, classical and quantum physics, all in one mold, I’m totally unconventional in my approach. Convention allows divisions, which allows the various authorities to control their fiefdoms.  We are living in a house divided. We must do away with the divisions.

I’m original in my approach.  I make connections with the universe in ways others don’t make. It comes from 20 years of writing down my thoughts first thing in the morning.  I connect them to make a picture. One isn’t surprised at how well one paints after 20 years of practice.  After 20 years of practice, I see our true purpose is to live together in peace and prosperity.  When I told my story the first time, others saw a blur.  The people are on the Yellow Brick Road. My work is cut out for me.  I’m here to teach the individual the power he or she possesses.  I’m better informed now and I’m determined to get it right.

In law, referring to Black’s Law Dictionary, testimony not based on actual personal knowledge or observation of the facts in controversy, but of other facts from which deductions are drawn, showing indirectly the facts sought to be proved, if juries are told to go on circumstantial evidence why not otherwise?  The authorities call my evidence anecdotal. It’s based on incidental events. My evidence is interesting but fails to stand up under systematic evaluation.  Why couldn’t the same be said for circumstantial evidence?  Because it is the people on the jury, not the authorities, making the call.  Why in one case depend on the judgment of people, in all others authorities? Inexplicable events have occurred in my life others have called miracles. Why? Because they let authorities make the call.  I don’t believe in miracles. I believe there is a reason for everything.  I’m going to try to convince my readers.

Voices of the past spoke to me when I studied my Constitution. I had a bigger than life calling.  The end does not justify the means.  I made the IRS eat crow on the front page. I personally reversed America’s legal authority. Why? Because I’m not a lawyer.  Everyone but me knows wrongly, that the IRS is always right. 

We don’t know the power we possess because we listen to the authorities.  Nietzsche wondered if God made a mistake when he made man or did man make a mistake when he created God. We go on faith that God is a place called Heaven, somewhere out there in the vast reaches of the universe.  Hundreds of millions of people believe that.  I believe God and I are one. Simple! You don’t believe that? How can God be in a far-away place and everywhere at the same time?  Why would God create man born in sin?  Did not God create man with reason and logic? A Christian called me a “secular humanist.” The two words together mean any set of beliefs that promotes human values without specific allusion to religious doctrine. That’s me. I believe God created me good to do good.  Why would I believe otherwise?  Why does the reader learn nothing from my book?  The reader has been taught nonsense.  We are put here to live together in peace.

I’m going to need all the help I can get.
