whenever I am stressed out or in misery I try talking to myself.This is a big help as it eases out my pain and relax after this exercise.Sometimes I get very hurt by people who are close to me ,freinds ,family ,people I actually do not know.My sadness grips me and my tears do not stop .I feel as if i do not have anyone in this world who love sme ,then I come to my own help--I talk to myself. I speak of the misery the cause of it ,why its hurting and so on. After some time i feel relaxeed and my spirits perk up and look towards life in a more positive way.
