My Soul

The love of almighty God fills my soul.
With all my faith in Him that it holds.
The joy He brings me from being there.
It overwhelms my heart with loving care.

I have assurance He'll show me the way.
Live a Christian in my life every day.
He's the supreme master of all my life.
He gives me needs and makes life right.

God answers my questions in my prayers.
Each night I pray with the love shared.
Any times of sorrow God eases my pain.
He gives me insight and stops the rain.

My God You are the protector of my soul.
Stand by and forever take over control.
I am Your son I'll worship You forever.
You can trust my faith I'll leave never.

Just show the way the path I must walk.
To keep me straight You and I will talk.
So tell me what You expect from my soul.
It's Yours almighty God You already know.
