Today I cried because of you.
You broke my heart and knew.
All I did was give you my love.
I thought it was pure enough.

You were seen all over town.
You kissed and fooled around.
I wish you had told me before.
You didn't want me any more.

I gave my love to you forever.
Didn't think you did to another.
I'd give your freedom if asked.
Let you go not held you back.

Our love I thought was strong.
When did it simply go wrong?
I gave my word with our vows.
Our love was forever, look now.

A many nights I cried over you.
I don't see any change I am do.
It is obvious to see, I love you.
