Why Don't We Talk Anymore

Why don’t we talk anymore?

Did it become too much of a chore?

Was it easier for you to ignore?

These answers I must explore,



I need for you to tell me why,

The answer to my questions, please clarify,

Don’t let me go on guessing,

Not knowing the answers is really depressing,



After what we have been thru,

Can you at least give me a clue?

For these answers, I must plea,

Please do this for me,



From me, please don’t runaway,

Just give me the answers I seek, and I will go away,

Never to bother you again,

Although it will be hard to refrain,



I will do what you desire of me,

If you want me to set you free,

All you have to do, is let me know,

I will let you go, just as you wish, somehow.
