My Single Regret

My Friends I give you this advice

from my the bed on which lie,

and the bed in which I'll die.



Hold the one you love close,

For this is what I couldn't do.

for the one that I did chose,

didn't love me, it is true.



The only thing that I regret,

Is that I didn't fight my best

I left her with a single threat.

that I would rest.



And leave to find her way

back to me,

but after the fact, I came to a relization.

I loved one that would never love me back.



Now I lay here regretting all the days

That me and her no longer play.
