Julius and Steve are twins -- Siamese twins. Growing up, they have never been apart from each other. Since they've been born that way, Julius and Steve had grown to accept their uniqueness in the midst of the mass of normal people with much grace. However, their sanguine attitude hit a tough patch of difficulty as they both fell in love with Serina, a most charming lady they met in college. Charged emotions enveloped them as they struggled between jealousy and brotherhood. Food, bed and shoes can be shared. But they soon learnt that love cannot be shared. Romance if selfish and cruel; only one can win her heart.

Dr. Craig had recently proposed a ground-breaking thesis for performing surgery on adult Siamese twins. However, this procedure carried with it a 40% risk. Dr. Craig approached Julius and Steve, along with other pairs of twins for the pioneer operation.

Would the twins accept the proposal?

Would Serina be able to bear the guilt should any mistakes arise?

I made use of the method of researching, as well as mindmap. I had always been interested in the lives of these co-joined folks who had to live with each other literally through thick and thin. Imagine, even if they quarelled, they can't have a time out. They can't fight each other without hurting themselves. I expanded the possible conflicts from there. With Siamese twins as my main idea, I explored various plots and eventually came up with a love conflict cum medical issue.
