Death became her

Blood stained her pure white dress
eyes dilated and filled with dismay
She hopelessly fell to her knees
hoping a God above would grant her forgiveness

Gleaming light reflecting her face in the blade of the knife
blood dripping down her arms to hide a broken heart
Dizziness set in, as she collapsed into a fetal position
shaking, as her face became paler, she bled profusely

Her heart was beating like a drum
the thumping was becoming slower and slower
As she took her last breath she muttered to herself,
"Goodbye cruel world!"
