The return

As he entered the room it was like I saw a ghost.
For images from the past came back in flash
He took a glass of champagne and raised it for a toast
As he spoke I questioned to myself, why after so many years this bash

Then I looked up and he was staring me down
My heart stopped, I couldn't move
I didnt even make a sound when some wine was spilt on my shoe
For I was in a trance with him in control

He started to come near
And then it was like everyone else disappeared
He stood infront of me with that handsome devilish smile
As I took a deep breath he stole it with a kiss
