Why'd you have to go,
when i loved you so?
I loved you more than an uncle or a friend,
you were somesone i'd love till the end.
I didnt quite understand what happened because i was so young when you died,
but when i realized you were gone all night i cried.
I know from the heavens you look down upon me,
looking after me so that i go through my life safely.
Now I can hope to see you again in the promise land,
and spend time with you like we did on the water and the sand.
