CHEESE AND LETTUCE SANDWICH WITH ' LASSI'
SERVES 1-2 PERSONS


FOR THE SANDWICHES-

2 SLICES PURE CHEDDAR CHEESE
4 SLICES HEALTHY WHOLE GRAIN BREAD
1 TSP LOW FAT DAIRY SPREAD
2 LEAVES OF ICE BERG LETTUCE


FOR 'LASSI'
3 TABLE SPOON LOW-FAT PLAIN YOGURT
2 TSP SUGAR ( BROWN OR WHITE)
1 GLASS LOW-FAT MILK
2 ICE-CUBES
I DROP VANILLA ESSENCE

MAKE THE SANDWICHES WITH THE SPREAD, PLACING THE CHEESE SLICES AND ICEBERG LETTUCE IN BETWEEN

PREPARE THE YOGURT 'LASSI'-
POUR THE MILK, YOGURT, SUGAR, VANILLA ESSENCE AND 2 ICE CUBES INTO A MIXER AND BLEND TOGETHER FOR 1 - 2  MINUTES

POUR LASSI IN 2 TALL GLASSES AND SERVE THE WHOLE GRAIN SANDWICH ALONG SIDE.

KIDS CAN HAVE THIS WHILE GETTING DRESSED, PACKING THEIR BOOKS AND EVEN WORKING ON THEIR HOMEWORK.
