only to grasp the air.

Fire spreads through
out my veins as
I see you, standing
there behind my eyelids.

You flash me
that crooked grin,
which can make
anyone's heart sing.

I try to fall into your arms
but end up falling
right through.

You were a mere
figment of my
imagination.

Even though you
were not there,
but that split second, I
saw you face made my
entire day.
