One of my poems entitled Friends.
Hands linked together - hearts become one,
We are side by side, when we both walk and run,
We look past the sadness - we look past the tears,
We vanquish the evil - we destroy the fears,

Watching each other through cursed eyes,
We reveal the truth and extinguish the lies,
We are held in each others embrace,
Together forever, in both time and in space,

But over time we will age,
With each and every turn of the page,
We watch the grains of sand fall,
As we stumble and crawl,

Soon the end will come,
For each or for none,
But for one last time - we cry,
We know one of us will die,

I bid you farewell my friend,
This is the final message I send,
Please take it and treasure it - until death do us part,
We will be together - not flesh but in heart,
