(Opening Credits)

Fade In.

-Ext. Tyler’s Back Yard-

We see a man named Tyler, sitting on a bench in his back yard. There is snow all over the ground. It is the middle of winter. He is waiting for his friend, Autumn, to arrive. She is also bringing a friend of hers named Seth.

Then, we see Autumn and Seth arrive and they all greet each other. Tyler is looking at Autumn.

TYLER:
Hi Autumn.

AUTUMN:
Hi Tyler. So…why did you want me to come over?

Seth then interrupts.

SETH:
Autumn. Can I ask you a question?

Tyler pushes Seth away.



TYLER:
Autumn. I have to ask you something really important.
Can we go talk alone?

AUTUMN:
Sure.

Seth looks a little flustered.

Tyler and Autumn walk of further into the back yard. Then, they stop and look at each other face to face.

TYLER:
Autumn. I wanted to ask you for a while now.

Tyler pauses.

AUTUMN:
Yes. Go on.

Tyler hesitates a little. Then, he grabs her hand.

TYLER:
Will… you going out with me??

AUTUMN:
Yes.. Tyler I will.

Autumn kisses Tyler on the lips.

Seth knew something was up. Seth walks over there in a hurry.


SETH:
What is going on over here.

AUTUMN:
Seth you will not believe it. Tyler just asked me out.

SETH:
What?

TYLER:
What is there a what for. I mean it was not like you where going to ask her out? Was it?

SETH:
No.. what make you think that.

TYLER:
Because .. Every time she is with another guy you get angry.

SETH:
No I don’t.

TYLER:
Fine Seth.. Lets just drop the subject .okay..

SETH:
Fine whatever.. Autumn I have to go. I will talk to you later.

AUTUMN:
Okay Seth bye.

Seth walks off in a anger rage.

Autumn looks back at Tyler.

AUTUMN:
So Tyler. How long have you been wanting to ask me out?

TYLER:
Since today. (laughs) Just kidding.

AUTUMN:
(laughs) No, really.

TYLER:
About 2 weeks.

AUTUMN:
Well…I am really glad you did because I wanted to ask you too.

TYLER:
Really.

Tyler playfully slaps her.


AUTUMN:
(laughs) So, what do you think is up with Seth.

TYLER:
Not really sure. He’s just acting like a jerk.

AUTUMN:
Yea, I guess.

TYLER:
What are your thoughts on Seth?

AUTUMN:
I don’t know. All I know is, he isn’t as cute as you.

TYLER:
(Laughs) Oh, Autumn I really do like you.

AUTUMN:
Tyler you are so sweet… I like you too. Well…I have to go, but Ill stop by a little later, okay.

TYLER:
Okay. See you later..

Autumn gives Tyler a hug and a kiss and leaves.

Autumn walks off.

Then Tyler cell began to ring. It is Mikeala his best friend.

TYLER:
Hey Mikeala. What are you doing.

MIKEALA:
Nothing why?

TYLER:
Do want to come over?

MIKEALA:
Sure . I’ll be there in a few.


When Tyler was waiting for Mikeala to come… he started to dance because he was so glad to be going out with Autumn.

-Ext. Street-

We see Mikeala walking down the street, heading toward Tyler’s house. Then, we see Seth walking toward her.

MIKEALA:
Hey Seth.

SETH:
Don’t talk to me Mikeala.

MIKEALA:
Why? What did I do wrong.

SETH:
Any friend of Tyler’s, is no friend of mine.

MIKAELA:
What about Autumn? She is friends with Tyler.

SETH:
Sometimes she can make me sick, like today.

MIKEALA:
And whys that?

SETH:
Because she said yes to your pathetic friend Tyler.

MIKEALA:
And what did she say yes too.

SETH:
A date, what else.

MIKEALA:
Well… I would think that was a good thing.

SETH:
It’s not.

MIKEALA:
Okay then.. I am going to let you go. Bye Seth.

SETH:
Whatever!!!

They both walk off in different directions.

-Ext. Tyler’s Front Stoop-

We see Tyler sitting on his front stoop, waiting for Mikaela. Then. Mikaela walks up.

MIKAELA:
Hey Tyler.

TYLER:
Hi Mikaela.

She sits down on the stoop next to him.

MIKAELA:
So, what’s up?

TYLER:
Nothing really. Just that I finally asked out Autumn.

MIKAELA:
It’s about time. But, I have to say that I kind of already know.

TYLER:
How?

MIKAELA:
I ran into Seth on the way here. He looks really ticked off about it.

TYLER:
He’ll get over it.

MIKALEA:
(under breath) Don’t count on it.

TYLER:
What?

MIKAELA:
Nothing.

TYLER:
So what did Seth say about me?

MIKAELA:
Well…he said your pathetic for asking Autumn out.


TYLER:
Why? He had his opportunity to ask her, and he didn’t. His loss.

MIKAELA:
I tried being nice to him, but then he said, any friend of you isn’t a friend of mine.

TYLER:
What an asshole.

MIKAELA:
He is. Anyway, I got to get going. Stuff to do at home. Talk to you later.

Mikaela gets up and walks away.

TYLER:
Bye.

Tyler then takes out his cell phone and dials Autumn.

TYLER:
Hey babe, it’s me.

-Ext. Sidewalk-

We see Autumn walking down the sidewalk, talking on the phone to Tyler.

AUTUMN:
Hey Ty, I was just thinking about you.

-Ext. Tyler’s Front Stoop-

TYLER:
Really! Well…you want to hang out at my place tonight?

-Ext. Sidewalk-

AUTUMN:
Sure. I loved too.

-Ext. Tyler’s Front Stoop-

TYLER:
Okay, 5:30 sound good.

-Ext. Sidewalk-

AUTUMN:
Sounds great. See you then. Bye.

-Ext. Tyler’s Front Stoop-

TYLER:
Okay bye.

Tyler gets off the phone.

-Ext. Seth’s at the corner-

We see Seth sitting down on the corner, thinking about what he should do.

SETH:
(Thinking to himself) I have to find a way to break them up. But how? There is one way, but I am not going to go there yet. Just maybe I will have to kiss Autumn in front of Tyler.

He gets up and walks toward Tyler’s house.


-Ext. Tyler’s Garage-

It is 5:10 and Tyler is getting ready for Autumn to come. He is setting up different things throughout the garage. He continues to get ready, spraying body spray on him, and different bodily needs.
Then, we see Autumn walking down the driveway.

TYLER:
Hey Autumn.

He gives her a kiss on the lips and a hug.

AUTUMN:
Hi Tyler did you know that you kiss so good?

TYLER:
Yes I know.

AUTUMN:
So did you miss me when I was gone?

TYLER:
Yes and you.

AUTUMN:
Yes I did.

TYLER:
So…what do you want to do?

AUTUMN:
How bout you give me the tour.

TYLER:
Okay.
Tyler walks her around the garage.

TYLER:
I would take you inside, but, I am doing some renovations in there.

AUTUMN:
That’s okay.

Tyler points at different things.

TYLER:
This is basically my bachelor pad , you could say. I do everything down here. Listen to music, watch movies, play video games. The works.

AUTUMN:
Yea, but. Where do you get comfortable?

Tyler points at the blanket.

TYLER:
On that blanket.

Jenna walks over to it and sits down.

AUTUMN:
So comfortable.


TYLER:
Eh…it works I guess.

Jenna rubs her hand on the blanket.

AUTUMN:
Why don’t you come over and sit next to me.


TYLER:
Sure.

Tyler sits next to Autumn on the blanket. They sit for a while and don’t talk, then, Tyler looks at Autumn.

TYLER:
Jenna. I look into your eyes and I see what I have been missing in my life.

AUTUMN:
What Tyler?

TYLER:
You.

AUTUMN:
Really?

TYLER:
More than you know. You are just so beautiful.

Tyler touches her cheek and leans in and kisses her. She backs off from the kiss.

AUTUMN:
You are so sweet.

Then they begin to passionately make out. Tyler rides his hand down the side of her chest while they continue to make out. Then, Tyler goes on top of Autumn and makes out more. Then, Autumn stops.

AUTUMN:
Wait.

Tyler looks at her.

TYLER:
(says softly) What’s the matter?

AUTUMN:
It’s just…This would be my first time.

TYLER:
Really?

AUTUMN:
Yea.

TYLER:
Do you want to stop?

Jenna looks deep into his eyes.

AUTUMN:
No. I want you to be my first.

They both smile at each other.

Then, they kiss and make out more, with Tyler still on top of her. Then, Autumn reaches for Tyler’s shirt and she takes it off for him, reveling his bare chest, and they continue to make out. Tyler then rides his hand along her shirt and he pulls off hers, reveling her in her bra. They continue to make out.

The camera pans back as they are still having sex and we see Seth, peeking around the corner watching them, and he begins to have a very mean and pissed off look on his face. Then, he walks away mad.

-Int. Tyler’s Garage-

We see Tyler getting up from the blanket after the sex with Autumn.

TYLER:
Well…

Jenna sits up too.

AUTUMN:
That was great.

TYLER:
Are you okay?

AUTUMN:
I’m great.

TYLER:
Good.

Autumn then looks at Tyler.

AUTUMN:
I hate to go, but, I have to run some errands.

TYLER:
Okay. Ill call you later.

AUTUMN:
Love you.

TYLER:
Love you too.

They kiss briefly, and she walks back up the driveway.

Tyler walks back inside the house.

-Int. Tyler’s House

We see Tyler enter the house, and lays down on the couch to take a nap. As he begins to fall asleep, we see Seth enter the door, very quietly, and he is carrying a baseball bat. He approaches him and attempts to take a swing at Tyler, but, Tyler wakes up and grabs the bat and throws Seth backwards.

TYLER:
What the hell are you doing, Seth!

SETH:
Ending your sham of a relationship.

Seth gets up and takes another swing at him, he misses, and Tyler runs out the door, back into the garage. Seth follows behind, but, Tyler is nowhere to be found.

SETH:
Tyler. Don’t hide from me.

Seth continues to look around the garage.

SETH:
Come on. We can talk about this.

Seth looks at a empty corner, thinking he has found him.

SETH:
(under his breath) Got ya.

Seth goes to swing the bat down on it, then, Tyler comes up and grabs the bat from him, and throws it to the ground, and pushes Seth up against the wall. They are face to face.



TYLER:
Listen, you son of a bitch. You try to come here again. I will break your fucking neck. Understand.

Seth tries to push him back.

SETH:
Fuck you!

Tyler pushes him back.

TYLER:
Calm the hell down. You need to relax.

SETH:
I don’t need to relax. I just need you to break it off from Autumn, and everything will be fine.

TYLER:
Hate to tell you this Seth. But, that’s not going to happen.

SETH:
Then the pain will continue.

Seth pushes Tyler back and walks off.

Tyler looks at him and walks back inside.

-Ext. Sidewalk-

We see Autumn standing around, waiting for Mikaela to show up, but, Seth is approaching her instead.

AUTUMN:
Seth. What do you want?

SETH:
You, Autumn.

AUTUMN:
What do you mean?

SETH:
You want to know why I have been so pissed off lately.

AUTUMN:
Why?

SETH:
Because earlier when Tyler asked you out, I was going to also. It was like he brought you to the side on purpose because he knew I was going to ask you first.

AUTUMN:
Tyler wouldn’t do such a thing.

Seth approaches Autumn angrily.

SETH:
Bullshit. Tyler is evil knifing fuck head who thinks he can have anything he wants, when he wants it.


AUTUMN:
That’s not true. Tyler is a sweet guy. Maybe it’s you who is all those things, not him.

Then, we see Mikaela walking up.

MIKAELA:
What is going on here?

Seth turns and looks at Mikaela.

SETH:
Stay out of it, Mikaela!

MIKAELA:
Excuse me. I am not going to stay out of it. After seeing you talk like that to Autumn.

SETH:
Screw you.

MIKAELA:
Screw me. It’s all the way around. You’re screwing yourself over.

Then, Autumn bumps in.

AUTUMN:
Both of you, stop it!

MIKAELA:
I am willing to, if he leaves.

SETH:
I’m not going anywhere.

MIKAELA:
I know what you have been up to Seth. You have pictures all over you wall of Autumn, and you keep her hair all over your bed. That’s’ sick Seth. You need help.

AUTUMN:
Is that true, Seth?

Seth gets very defensive.

SETH:
Of course not, she is just saying these things to turn you against me.

MIKAELA:
Well Seth, if that’s true. Why don’t you take us to your house and prove it.

SETH:
I have nothing to prove to you.

AUTUMN:
He’s right Mikaela. He doesn’t have to do that.

SETH:
Thank you.

MIKAELA:
Fine. You don’t want to believe me, Autumn. Then, whatever.

Then, a gust of wind comes in and something falls out of Seth’s pocket. It is a picture of Autumn, with her hair taped to the back of it.

Autumn leans to the ground and picks it up.

AUTUMN:
She was right. You are obsessed.

Seth gets defensive.

SETH:
No. That’s not true.

AUTUMN:
Then what is it, Seth?

SETH:
It’s just that. I have loved you for so long, and you never gave me a simple look in that way.

AUTUMN:
We cant be friends anymore. Not like this.
SETH:
Please Autumn. Don’t do this.

Seth grabs her arm. She pushes it off.

AUTUMN:
Don’t touch me.

Autumn walks off, and Seth gets a crazy look on his face and runs off.

We see Seth grab a rifle around the corner of the bushes, and he loads it up.

SETH:
If she doesn’t want to be with me. Then she wont be with anybody.

He runs off toward Tyler’s house.

-Ext. Tyler’s Front Yard-

We Tyler doing some work, then, we see Autumn run up in a panic.


TYLER:
Autumn, what’s wrong?



AUTUMN:
It’s Seth. I found a picture of me with hair taped on the back of it in Seth’s pocket.

TYLER:
What?

AUTUMN:
Then I told him we aren’t friends anymore. I think he may try and do something to us.

TYLER:
He already tried.

AUTUMN:
What do you mean?

TYLER:
He came here earlier with a baseball bat and tried to beat me up. I think he was trying to kill me.

AUTUMN:
Oh my god!

Autumn hugs Tyler.

AUTUMN:
Are you okay?

Tyler breaks the hug.
TYLER:
Yea, I’m fine.

Then, we see Seth coming down the street with the rifle in his hands.

SETH:
Hello!

Tyler and Autumn see Seth and looked scared.

TYLER:
Autumn, run!

Seth takes some shots at both of them and Autumn runs off into the backyard. Tyler runs into the garage and grabs his rifle while Seth continues to take shots at Tyler.

SETH:
Come on, Tyler. Just try and shoot me.

Tyler picks up the rifle and points it at Seth.

TYLER:
Seth. Don’t make me do this!

SETH:
You already have!


Seth shoots at Tyler and Tyler takes some shots and runs off into the backyard. We see Autumn hiding underneath the steps, very scared.


-Ext. Tyler’s Back Yard-

SETH:
Come on, Tyler. Take your best shot.

Tyler points the gun at Seth, and hesitates to shoot.

TYLER:
I’m not going to kill you.

SETH:
But, I’m going to kill you.

Seth shoots more at Tyler. Then, he stops.

SETH:
Where are you, Autumn?

Autumn starts to get very scared, hiding underneath the stairs. Then, Seth looks over and sees her.

SETH:
There you are beautiful.


TLYER:
Leave hey alone. I mean she has nothing to do with this.


SETH:
See there is were you are wrong. She has everything to do with this.

TYLER:
Be a man Seth… we all know that you wouldn’t hurt her if you loved her… An other thing I am the one that ask her out. Only if you where a man you would have done that a long time ago.

SETH:
No… I won’t hurt her yet because where is the fun in that. I am going to kill you in front of her first. Then me and her are going to play a little game called hide and seek.

TYLER:
The only way you can do that is if you kill me.

Seth points the gun at Tyler and shoots. One of the shots hits Tyler in the shoulder. Tyler falls to the ground in pain.

AUTUMN:
Tyler!


SETH:
(mocking) Tyler! Tyler! Shut Up! Shut the fuck up! God! I can’t stand to hear Tyler’s name anymore!


Seth starts acting real crazy. He starts to drag Autumn out of the yard.

SETH:
Now that Tyler’s dead, me and you can finally be together.

AUTUMN:
Fuck you Seth!

SETH:
Oh honey…will get to that later.

He continues to drag her into the front yard.

Then, the camera pans over and we see Mikaela coming to the rescue. She runs over to Tyler to see if he’s alright.

MIKAELA:
Tyler. Tyler.

She sees his rifle and she picks it up.

MIKAELA:
Time to give Seth what he deserves. Once and for all.

Mikaela runs around to the front yard.

-Ext. Tyler’s Front Yard-

We see Seth continuing to drag Autumn, then, Mikaela steps in front of him.

MIKAELA:
Hello Seth.

SETH:
What the fuck.. Where did you come from?

MIKEALA:
Now you know if told you it wouldn’t be any fun.

SETH:
Sure it would.

Seth points the gun at Autumn’s head.

Autumn began to scream.

AUTUMN:
Please help me.

MIKEALA:
Don’t be scared Autumn. Seth don’t you want to kill me because I am friends with Tyler remember.

SETH:
I would have more if I did kill you. What the hell why not.

Seth points the gun at Mikeala. The thing that Seth didn’t know what Mikeala had a gun and it was ready to shoot. Seth’s round was empty. Seth shoots and nothing came out.
Mikeala takes her hand out be hide her back and shoots Seth in the head.

AUTUMN:
Oh. My god thank you.. I don’t know what to say.

MIKEALA:
A thank you will do. But next time I tell you something is up listen next time.

AUTUMN:
Tyler!

MIKEALA:
Yes I know.

Autumn and Mikeala run to Tyler where he has been laying. Autumn touches his face and gives him a kiss. Autumn starts to cry and something happens. Tyler’s hand starts to move. Tyler rises slowly and hugs Autumn.
