what war creates
Young boy standing with a gun in his hand,
Fighting with the rebel's who've told him he's now a man.
Hit his teen's and got an AK-47 present,
Of to war this little boy was then taken and sent.

What kind of world do we live in?
Creating war's where no-one really win's.
What kind of world have we made?
One where the sunshine is starting to fade.

As this young boy grow's up in hate,
He realizes each day living is now up to fate.
Risking his life for a made up cause,
Maybe never get the chance to know the peace that was.

What is this world that money and religion,
Create so much suffering and evil ambition's.
What is this world with it's bomb's and gun's,
One that's got children holding weapon's instead of having fun.

The young boy may never grow and know old,
Cause he's dodgin bullet's for a living, only doing what he's told.
And this sadden's my soul with pity and sorrow,
That this young boy could be here today and gone tomorrow.

But this is the world that we have got,
When will we realize that a life can't be bought.
But this is the world that I can only hope and pray,
Will become a better brighter place, than it is today.
This is just a story and all I want to say.
