Saddam said: “Oil for Euros, not dollars”;
Bush said you must give up WMD.
Saddam had none so he could give up none.
Bush bombed Iraq, captured and killed Saddam.
He maintained Iraq had WMD.





• Written in iambic pentameter for Flash Poetry contest, "Flash Poetry- On Delay" , Round 1

• Background: Economic experts have traced the root cause of Iraq war to Iraq’s demand that US should pay for oil in Euros, not the tottering dollar. Bush created the false bogey of WMD to punish Iraq for such act of audacity.
