The first poem I wrote when my best friend died.
You have been gone almost a year
Everyday it always causes me a tear
I’m always missing you
I cry almost every night that is true
When you left I couldn’t believe it
In my heart all you left was an empty pit
No matter where I am I’m always missing you
I don’t know why you left but I wish I knew
Because missing you
Is a hurtful thing but is very true.
