My Angels

God sent me an angel
As precious as could be,
Then followed two more
In total, he sent three.


Their smiles and first steps
Were moments so great,
For them to learn and grow
I could hardly wait.


Each one was special
In their own different way,
Three smiling faces
I woke up to each day.


The more that they grow
The more proud I am,
They are all so well mannered
Saying yes or no ma’am.


My kids are my angels
Sent from up above,
To make my life worth living
And fill my heart with love.
