More broken than this

I could be more broken than this

There was this day I felt like dying
Tears I couldn't help from crying
Felt there was no point for trying
Anymore

Hurt and alone
Fear was what I owned
Had too much of sticks and stones
This day

I've been damaged,I don't trust
Still have great memories of us
That bring me back just
As I'm ready to fall

Is pain all I've got
Will a sunny day be ruined by one cloudy spot
Will life leave me here to rot
In a prison I built for me
I guess we'll just wait and see

But through the tears in my eyes
The thunder that plagues the skies
I've come to realize......
