Joy and Pain

The Pain of life is felt when things bring you down.
The Joy of life is apparent when your heart swells.

The Pain of life is seeing your children fall.
The Joy of life is watching your children's faith in you to pick them up.

The Pain of life is thinking you will never find love
The Joy of life is seeing the love in his eyes when he says I do.

The Pain of life is wondering where the food will come from.
The Joy of life is knowing God will provide for all our needs.

The Pain of life is knowing you are undeserving of His love.
The Joy of life is knowing that He thinks you are worth it.


The Joy of life is knowing that the pain of life will be crushed because of the Savior who died for us all so we could only feel Joy.  Faith, hope, and love are all we need to get through all that God has in store, with His guidance and our trust in Him.  I have never known true love until I knew God.
