where is the peace

I hope love is not just a word
the sign of peace the dove, a bird.
I try to believe, rest assured
Oh, But living in such a world of hate..

Who’s going to stop this ongoing war
Wasn’t that what our presidents for?
Should we be protesting in front of somebody’s door?
Are we supposed to just sit here and wait?

Oh how chaotic this life has become
All of the people who are living it numb
Cant we recall where the harmony came from?
Are we still capable of deciding our fate?
