An expression of love for nature
What blessings lie in verdant shade
And hide within the pastures low,
In sunlight on the mountains played,
In shadows moved to swell and grow?

What beauty graces summer hills
And trees with roots twisted in stone,
In moonlight-kissed evergreen quills
And leaves that trace the waters' flow?

What reverence, what wonderment
Does this ethereal land evoke!
A vision whose equivalent
In ceaseless time was never known.
