poetry/lyrics about finding your own way through.

I heard of a better life,
Lurking in the shadows.
But I’m too smart for that,
Belief causes sorrows.
I wanna break free,
And feel what I see,
Unaware I must be,
Please don’t restrain me.
Let me move on now,
And I’ll be—
Alright some how.

Grass’ll be greener,
Emotions stronger n cleaner.
My first gain will be the loss
Of the dumb believer fever

I’ve begun to find the keys
To the locks of my shackles.
Set the master out to dry,
Easy answer breeds jackals.
In this trying time
Letting sights align.
Learning failures strength
Is what I’ve got right now
This is how I’ll be—
Alright some how

Grass has gotten greener,
Emotions stronger n cleaner.
My first gain was the loss
Of the dumb believer fever.

( needs the  addition of  last verse - ;) …thnks ... TJ)
