Child's Prayer

If i should die before i wake
i pray to the lord my soul to take
guide me to the light
instead of a suffocating night
grab my hand and dont let go
grab it tight before i sink to low
don't leave me to die here
if you should make me reapper
protect me from myself when i cant hide
dont let me push myself aside
and if i should take this knife
and end my life tonight let me die without this strife
cause maybe i will go down
to pay this sin with my soul and blood, i shall drown
and until this prayer is done i won't be here tonight
to see the morning sunlight
make me forget
that i was never upset
and now im done
so long goodbye im gone
