A poem about wanting someone, but being too afraid
You'll never know it,

But I've weakly let you in.

Afraid to read the story,

Already know how it will end.

The plot is fucked up.

Much like the past

Moving so hastily,

I know it won't last.

You have something extraordinary,

Something I've never known.

Feeble and frightened

I 'm supposed to be alone.

Can't save the antagonist

That's not how the anecdote is supposed to read.

You're interfering with the plot,

But you're everything I need.

So stop turning the pages,

In my demoralizing tale.

Stop wasting your feelings,

You will not prevail.
