For someone very dear to me
He whispered in her ear that she was his Morning Dove,
That had once been but a friendship had flourished into love.

In return she gave him her heart, and his own bright star,
Gave him her entire being, savored lying in his arms.

Shared kisses under moonlit skies, and making wild, sweet love,
Cherished was the day that he called her his Morning Dove.

She touched his warm, enticing body, gave him a passionate kiss,
Not a single part of his masculine frame did her fingers miss.

“Morning Dove”, he breathed into her ear with undying love.
How her heart melted when he called her Morning Dove!
