What happends when true love goes wrong.
For once, for once I found what made me happy.
Standing at five foot three, I looked into her eyes.
She looked back.
It felt so wonderful.
I fell into the darkness of them, it felt like life was a dream.

Her back hair, when caught by the sun right, Blue, made me happy.
Running my fingers through it, I sat there.
My smile shone wide.
My heart, it melted deep inside.

We had a love,
A great little love,
But a love that was not permitted,
Our parents agreed that we could not be seen
Seen together in public.

I cried and cried,
I wanted her back,
For public was our only way.
I said goodbye and left that night
against my mothers will,
She called the cops and told them to stop
stop her daughter and that hooligan.
They said okay leaving right on their way,
To catch the two young ladies.

On that day oh so very late,
We were found outside of town,
Sitting and holding each others hands,
Not even saying a word.
Tears leaked down her cheek as the sirens came closer
For she was a legal adult, and I was a mere 14.

My heart was broke,
On words I choked,
Then soon I got out “I love you”
But it was too late,
And a big mistake,
For there stood my mother.

Now I am here with a broken heart,
Not even with glue to fix it,
I want to see a smile for me coming from her face,
But alas, that is impossible.

Soon after, not even a week,
She ran away from home.
Along with a guy who was kinda shy,
Who happened to shoot some drugs.

Getting lost states away they fell into the darkness,
Homeless and cold with no money around,
They seemed to fall apart.
First he went, protecting her,
She fell down with grief,
In the end it happened again,
and this time it was to her.

To this Day I wait and pray to get one small call,
To hear the voice of the one I loved,
to feel that I am remembered
Even if she isn’t all there.
